Our next Kmart tour brings us to Tennessee. The Bristol location is an older store that expanded into the former Kmart foods space next door. It only featured a pharmacy, but it did have a cafe at one point. The garden shop appears to have been either added on or remodeled at a later date compared to the original store. The building is currently a U-Haul self-storage and rental facility.
I'm not surprised to see ugly floor scar underneath where the electronics desk used to be, but I am a little surprised they bothered to remove the desk in the first place. The KFresh grocery section looks nice, at least!
ReplyDeleteMost stores wound up removing the electronics desk around 2015. Some did better jobs about removing the scars.
